Pregnancy Help Center of West Houston will benefit for every slice of pie purchased at the Rice Harvest Festival October 10-11.  “BUD the pieman” Royer from Royers Round Top Cafe will be at booth 963 serving up a slice of pie ($2.50) and providing hope for the unborn.  He’s been seen on Food Network and featured in Texas Monthly who rated his pies “the best”.  More details are posted on the e-news.  If you can’t go to the festival or want to be sure you get your pies, you can order whole pies in advance for $20 at the Pie Hotline, 281-797-2806 for pick-up at PHC on October 12th.  Choose from Bud’s Chocolate Chip Pie, Cafe’s Buttermilk Pie and Ann’s Pecan Pie.  The perfect way to enjoy some guilt-free indulgence.  Taste and see that the Lord is good!!
