Men: prayer, breakfast and Bible study

by Pastor on November 5, 2009

Men,

We need each other. I need you and you need me. We don’t get up early because its the most attractive option from the smorgasbord of the spiritual growth buffet (even if it is), but because we need each other. Please join us for prayer tomorrow (Friday) morning at 6 and breakfast and Bible Study at 6:30 in the fellowship hall. We’ll be looking at Acts 8-9. Below is the aim of this week’s study to get you thinking…

Aim: To grasp how God used the painful dispersion of his church to spread His Word to religious “half-breeds” (Samaritans), to the marginalized (Ethiopian eunuch), and even to a violent enemy (Saul).

Hope to see you.

Carter

coming up

let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up. So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone, and especially to those who are of the household of faith.Galatians 6:9–10
