National Day of Prayer

The Merrell Center has been filled for graduation ceremonies and for indoor football, but what could happen if we filled it with prayer?  What could happen if 4,000 people gathered in the Merrell Center for one purpose and one purpose only – to cry out to God on behalf of our city and nation?  What could happen if 4,000 people crossed their denominational and racial and traditions’ boundaries and agreed on one thing – we want God to transform our city and nation?  Let’s find out together on Thursday night, May 2, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. as we celebrate the National Day of Prayer in the Merrell Center.  A community Youth Band will lead us in worship and seven students from youth ministries in our area, will facilitate us through concerts of prayer.  It is going to be a truly historic and city-changing event.
