I’m ready for some barbecue! A couple of weeks ago Rhonda and I made 5.5 pounds of pulled-pork. It only lasted a few days. Every time Fenton had some, he went on and on about how good it was and insisted we make it again. Well, we’re ready! Think you can beat it? BRING IT ON!

The Barbecue cook-off is part of our vision weekend. As the school year begins we want to look at where we’re going as a church. We’ll talk about the Fanning the Flame vision, key decisions of the session, and the work of the Evangelism strategy team and the “PIT” (Playground Improvement Team) crew. As these things come together, we’ll gain a vision for the coming year and talk about how you can be a part of it in making an impact for the Kingdom of God.
