Get Involved

The Bible calls for Every-Member ministry.

Grace helps us to appreciate our gifts and talents, but also accept our God-given limits. That leads us to appreciate our need for others in the community (1 Corinthians 12). And it means that every member is necessary. Only when the entire community is appreciated and employed in serving will we grow into the body of Christ (Ephesians 4).

To help us, as a church, coordinate our ministry efforts we encourage everyone to go through our discipleship path, which involves three steps:

  • Desert to discuss Cornerstone’s particular vision and values (monthly, as needed).
  • Discipleship class that teaches the keys to spiritual growth and how to find your place to serve according to your gifts (Sunday mornings @ 9 am).
  • Leadership development discussion group (Wednesday evenings in the fall).

Connect in a small group

We were designed for community, made in the image of a relational, trinitarian God. Small groups help us to be intentional in building encouraging friendships so that “one man sharpens another, like iron sharpens iron.”
