Building a faith that can Stand
“Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil.” Ephesians 6:11
Rooted at home. Strengthened in the church.
Parents remain the primary disciplers of their children. Cornerstone comes alongside families with biblical teaching, trusted relationships, and shared experiences that make faith part of everyday life.
Students are not tucked away in a separate corner of the church. They worship with the congregation, learn across generations, serve with their gifts, and discover that they are an important part of Christ’s body now.
Plan your Sunday
Come for study, stay for worship, and begin building relationships with the whole church family.
Youth Sunday School
Students gather for Bible study and conversation. Start in the Education Building and we’ll help you find the right room.
Coffee & Fellowship
A few unhurried minutes to connect with friends, leaders, and the wider Cornerstone family.
Worship Together
Youth worship with the congregation and take their place in the shared life of the church.
Home, Scripture, and church life belong together.
Cornerstone concentrates on three priorities drawn from the current youth ministry vision.
Parents are re-engaged
Parents remain central to the discipleship process. Cornerstone equips and encourages them while building relationships that support the whole family.
A biblical worldview
Through Bible study and cultural engagement, students gain the building blocks they need to understand and respond to the world faithfully.
Part of the whole church
Youth are active participants in congregational life—worshiping, learning, serving, and growing alongside every generation rather than remaining isolated by age.
Truth sturdy enough for real life.
Teenagers are already asking big questions about identity, purpose, suffering, relationships, and the world around them. We want Cornerstone to be a place where they can bring those questions into the light of Scripture.
Study. Eat. Serve. Have fun.
The details change with the season, but these are the rhythms families can expect to find.
Youth Sunday School
Bible study and thoughtful conversation led by adults who welcome questions and help students develop a durable faith.
Thursday Youth Gathering
Junior and senior high students meet twice each month for faith, friendship, and life together. This new rhythm begins September 17.
Youth Lunch
Junior and senior high students gather for lunch after the worship service on the fourth Sunday of each month.
Outreach & service
Students are invited to use their gifts in the life of Cornerstone and to serve neighbors beyond the church walls.
Meet Ben Colston & Jason Corkran.
Ben and Jason generally work with Cornerstone’s youth, helping students and parents connect with Sunday classes, seasonal gatherings, and meaningful ways to participate in church life.
They welcome questions, build relationships with families, and help youth find their place in the wider church.
There’s room for your questions—and your family.
Tell us a little about your student and when you plan to visit. We’ll make sure someone is ready to welcome you.
There’s a place for your family at Cornerstone.
Whether your student is beginning to explore Christianity or has followed Jesus for years, we would be glad to meet you.
