Psalm 87

This psalm seeks to capture the wonder of childhood innocence and adventure as it invites the congregation to sing about the true happy place. It is a place that heals the brokenhearted, carries away the anxieties of life, and unites the otherwise disconnected and diverse people so much so that they become family.

Glorious things of you are spoken, O city of God.

What makes this such a happy place; a place of healing?

The psalms help us navigate the range of human experiences and emotions in light of God's promises, often helping us navigate through our own struggles. They are of great help coping with the struggles of today's world.
