On the way to Easter we’ll look at how the Psalms portray the suffering of God’s anointed, which are particularly poignant in understanding the depth of sorrows Jesus would go through in order to accomplish our salvation. It is this suffering which puts it in perspective and puts on display its great cost and consequently God’s great love.
When Christ called his disciples, he called them to be fishers of men and he gave them a model for making disciples. We’ll take a look at some of these models so that we might be better equipped to turn around and mentor others.
